Session 3 on 16 October 2025: Financial, legal and tax due diligence

The third session of the course deals with the preparation and execution of due diligence reviews on the buyer and seller side. The most important points of financial, legal and tax due diligence are discussed and the special features, opportunities and risks of vendor due diligence are addressed. Finally, using examples, it will be shown how the results of due diligence reviews are incorporated into a company purchase agreement, highlighting both the buyer’s and the seller’s perspective.
