Session 9: Management participations

Today, management participation in the economic success of a company is one of the usual tools for increasing the company’s value. In addition to revenue and profit sharing, management participation in the increase in the value of the company is of central importance. This incentive model is particularly pronounced in the case of company acquisitions by financial investors. In the eighth module of the course, the most important current participation models are presented from a legal and tax perspective. In addition, the economic elements from the perspective of the investor and the management are explained using a practical model.
