Venture Nights

Venture Nights are aimed at both founders and professionals on the investor side. In 6 sessions, experienced experts from POELLATH teach everything you need to know about legal and tax issues in order to negotiate the terms of an investment on an equal footing with founders, business angels, VCs or other investors.
