The course provides the basics for the successful execution of M&A transactions. Experts from a wide range of disciplines will offer participants a well-rounded overview of current transaction practice through an interdisciplinary exchange.
It is primarily directed at professionals with up to three years of professional experience from all areas of M&A practice (private equity funds, companies, banks, corporate finance advisors). However, interested parties who already have experience in M&A transactions can also expand their knowledge in individual areas here.
